- AEAngela EldridgeApr 21, 20261.0Purchased a money order over a month ago for my sister's birthday and they charged me 25.00 to trace a 45.00 money order that the a responsible for misplacing. Will never purchase money orders from here again. Kroger made a phone call and had my money refunded in just a few minutes, even after paying the fee I was told they will contact me. So disappointed and this is a government establishment. Do not expect help from USPS.

But it arrived in a whole week even though we paid extra to have it delivered earlier. They didn’t even give us a refund for delivering so late. So, we didn’t have it even return to us by USPS and told someone to pick it up for us.
