  Not all UPS stores are the same. This one, store number 5974, is absolutely the best one around. Even if there’s a line, they are efficient and courteous. Don’t ship with anybody else with them.

  I went into UPS in Sheffield after having a bad experience trying to return something from Amazon at another business. Usually, Amazon returns are very straightforward, however, this one was more complicated. The employee at UPS went over and above great service in helping me, he even helped me contact and talk with customer service at Amazon. I have been in this UPS before and received really good service every time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service from Faith at the UPS Full Service Store in Sheffield! From the moment I walked in, she handled everything with professionalism, speed, and so much patience. She didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about her customers—her positive attitude and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely smooth and easy. And honestly—what can Brown do for you? If it’s anything like the service Faith provides, the answer is EVERYTHING! Faith is a true asset to this location.   Only a notary sometimes. Crazy to be told there is no notary while looking at several signs that say notary available anytime.
