  The UPS Store at Cedar Center made shipping quick and stress-free. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They answered my questions, handled my package with care, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with packing supplies. Whether you need to ship a package, print documents, make copies, or return online purchases, it’s a convenient one-stop shop. Even during busy times, the employees kept the line moving and maintained a friendly attitude. Overall, this is a dependable UPS location with excellent customer service. I’d definitely return for future shipping and printing needs.

  9am... no one in the store. Need to mail out package. Sad, lights should be open, doors unlocked at this time.

  Honestly i wish i could give them negative stars because 1 star is being kind. The staff never smile or greet you when you walk in. If they're eating in the back when you walk in, they will stay there and continue to talk & eat. When I get notification that a package has been delivered from Amazon they can never find it. I have to go back multiple times to get my packages. Only to come back and find out our was there all along, they just didn't input it into their system. If you can avoid this location do so! We're somewhat stuck coming here because we're in a gated area and can't receive packages and the next UPS store is all the way in Solon. The owner really needs to clean this place up. It's really a mess. It's severely frustrating to deal with this business. Highly unprofessional. And a bit pricey if you ask me.

  Great experience at The UPS Store on Chagrin Blvd in Shaker Heights. This location is convenient with easy parking, making quick stops simple. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the package drop-off process was fast during my visit. Apart from shipping, the store also offers notary services, fax, document shredding, passport photos, office and mailing supplies, to name a few. Highly reliable spot for shipping needs.
