Instead of coming to my house to give me a letter that I had to sign for gave me the missed you slip and drove off. Now its Saturday and he did this 7 min before noon closing time. 😑 ughhh.

I've sent my wife care packages multiple times and never had any problems till this time, to make it worse they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake.
