- AKAngela KnowlesAug 30, 20231.0I would like to know if anyone works here. I have been trying to get our facility machines serviced for over 1 month. If employees are being paid to work at this office I would like to know what for because no one ever answers the phone or gets back to you.

- CSChastity SchafferMay 19, 20161.0I wouldn't even give it a star rating if I didn't have to after scheduling service to our machine, signing a maintenance agreement. After receiving an email from the Account Sales Manager, being told that until we pay the invoice in which was 3 days old, that our maintenance agreement could not take place. Initially, no one ever mentioned this type of policy. Guess it's a make it up as you go. Nevertheless, pay the invoice and the check gets sent back undeliverable and to make it better their web pay doesn't work because they put down the wrong serial number on our invoice/account. Now after paying over the phone, they tell me they cannot initiate the maintenance agreement. KM is a good company, but this location is a joke. Don't do business here.
