  They’re barely holding on as a shipping center and printer. Amazon returns and the random merch bins seems to help employ at least 1-2 people and keeps them afloat and the building occupied and repaired. With everything going electronic and wireless the last 15-20 years, there’s just less call for physical gadgets that office supply stores used to sell. I mean, they have a balloon counter. So that says a lot about them just trying to diversify and survive.

  My first order for business cards got canceled so I had to make a new order. Then it went to the wrong store. My fault for not checking. I got my cards at the end of the day but was a huge headache for me this time trying to order online. 3 stars for this one

  All I can say is I am shocked at the way we was treated in this store. This was my first experience there and I will never return. Go to the ups store on Perkins! They truly enjoy their job and sincerely want to help their customers. Moving forward. My sister and I was at the store between 6:00 -7:00 pm on Friday 06/26/2026. We has tired and had had a lot of very important papers to copy. We copied and realized part of the letters were in color. We asked the clerk who wasn't attending to anyone what happened. She was 3 feet from us. She shrugged and said she didn't know....now we are not familiar with copiers and we truly needed her help. I said maybe it was the pen we used even tho our original looked perfect. She was rolling her eyes. I was keeping a close eye on her my sister was busy. We realized on our own it was the machine. I told my sister that clerk doesn't like us. She's glaring at us. When it was time to go around the counter for her to fax our papers she said to her Coworker you take these two and stormed off. The guy must of been new and I could tell he was frustrated because he wasn't sure what he was doing. She just left area. Long story short she was VERY pleasant with everyone but us. I did tell her off and told her she should be ashamed. I've never ever seen such laziness and disregard of a customer. I told her I was going to upper management but instead im posting this. We was there easily over an hour!! It was chaotic and the atmosphere was heavy and stressful. We are senior citizens. We do deserve respect no matter what the situation. She was a brown haired heavy built girl who doesn't know how to smile! Maybe hire someone who truly enjoys customer service. It's not the store that's bad its the employee!

  Every single time I come here, I have to wait and wait and wait to pay for my purchase. No one at the check out where the light is on like it's open. They serve the print customers and the UPS big long return line first. I usually have to ask to be checked out but still have to wait. They care more about the UPS return line than a paying customer. Every time I'm here, I either leave my purchase and walk out, or I see others in front of me do so. Unfortunately there isn't another office supply store near me. Otherwise I would never come here at all. Do better please.
