I told the guy at the counter that I had never returned to this store before and the instructions weren’t very clear. He was pretty condescending. I know I didn’t know what I was doing, but a little kindness, explanation or maybe just telling me he wasn’t sure how it worked and to Google it more or something but either way a little kindness can go along way. I then went to UPS in brecksville and the girl at the counter nicely explained everything to me.

Went back to this location with the photo and my bank statement + receipt and the gentleman working refused to take another picture. He said he couldn't confirm that my photo was taken at this location. Unreal.

Closed during a prime time for business makes zero sense. Update a year later: still closed, hours still not updated on door, website, etc.
