- RARachel Akuoko-SarpongSep 4, 20261.0The mailmen assigned from this post office are doing a HORRIBLE AND ARE SO FREAKING LAZY!!!!!! I have submitted two mail searches about missing mail. And nothing has been done. I am so angry. My husband is in military service and sends me letters. USPS-Reynoldsburg has not been delivering them accordingly. I was out of town 8.27-8.31. I was supposed to come home to 4 letters from him. I only received two. I check Informed delivery everyday at 12am to know what mail I’m getting each day, so scarcely does it ever elude me what mail I’m receiving. 9.2.26 in the morning I went to USPS Reynoldsburg to make a complaint! Still no answers. I’m going to attach a screenshot of what the mail look like and I expect ANSWERS.

- BSbill spanglerAug 20, 20261.0I've lived in a lot of places, but this is the most incompetent local post office I've ever dealt with by a wide margin. I leave ridiculous amounts of space between my mailbox and where my car is parked, and they still refuse to deliver my mail and packages every chance they get due to "no access". The simple fact is they don't want to spend 30 seconds turning around in a cul de sac or skillfully manuever their vehicle at all in order to make the delivery. This branch is the physical embodiment of everything wrong with the USPS these days. If the carriers of the Pony Express could look at this branch, they'd be disgusted.
