  Very rude lady working in print and scan section had a question about fax and her tone was horrible then I went and got a package to ship and her tone was still horrible! I observed and she she talk to other fine so I never thought I would say it he is it because I am different color that why you approach me like that! Customer service is serving all customer not you decide who to help based on look!

  The team was quick to help me out when I didn't exactly know what I was looking for. Very kind team, very personal team! I like this Staples location a lot. The print station has a wonderful staff as well with helpful knowledge!
