  I come here for Amazon returns. The store is unorganized and dirty, even the employees look like they could all use a shower. But the shorter lady that usually is there for Amazon returns, she is the sweetest..I wish I knew her name, I would 100% give her big props.

  Can I give negative stars??? Just contacted this location to inquire about a fairly large print project. I explained the project and asked for a price. The woman/girl who answered the phone told me to hang on for a minute so she could check. The "hold" consisted of her setting the phone on the counter. I could hear her helping customers at the counter and completely forgetting about me. After 10 minutes of this, I started yelling, "hello??" into the phone, hoping someone would hear me. After doing this 2 or 3 times, someone put the call officially on hold (I could hear hold music) and about 10 seconds after that, someone took me off hold and simply hung up on me. Didn't even check to see if someone might be on the line. I am writing this review at 7:52PM on 06.05.26. This incident (when I called the store) began at 7:35PM, and yes, I am jumping immediately onto Google to give a review. Too bad negative stars aren't a thing. Deplorable. I will not be calling back. I will be calling your competitors.

  I rarely leave negative reviews ,but this experience deserves one. If you’re looking for a team that is unhelpful , dismissive , and seemingly uninterested in doing their job , you’ve found the right place . Them employees that were very helpful were (Stormy) & (Zyana). I would recommend going to this place !

  Absolutely terrible experience they don’t even deserve a star from me. I ordered a banner for my sister’s wedding. They waited until the very end of the day my banner was due for pickup to tell me they couldn't complete my order. They had plenty of time to notify me earlier but chose to wait until the last minute, leaving me with no chance to find another printer. Because of their lack of communication and professionalism, I wasn't able to get the banners made for my sister's wedding. If you have an important event, do yourself a favor and use another company. This is the worst location. Of all the staples.
