I always hate the hassle of returning items so I often don’t to avoid the inconvenience but this item was a little pricey to not return. I took the item along with the QR code I received from the vendor and Charley assisted me. Charley was incredibly kind and helpful and I was in and out very quickly. It was such an easy process and Charley’s friendly demeanor and welcoming vibe made the process even better. Plus the building was absolutely beautiful on the inside
