  The younger employees are kind and always try to help. But the older man with white hair is too rude and doesn’t listen to questions. If someone asks him something, he makes faces and gets upset. It’s the store closest to my house, but unfortunately I don’t feel up to dealing with that gentleman.

  Worst service ! Lost my passport and id. Made it like it’s my fault ! Did not issue refund for my money . Never will step in this store again

  The absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered. The “lady” with the brown hair that works there made fun of my accent- in front of me no less. On another occasion, a young snarky female employee remarked under her breath while I was asking her a question. And the very last time I was in the store, the blonde haired, pony-tail female gave me an attitude about my package- for no reason other than to be mean, while the much older man in the baseball cap cheered her on. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will never come back here. Does the owner of this store have an agreement with the local anger management chapter that he must hire their court-appointed attendees? STEER CLEAR. These are some of the worst people you will see in Powell.

  Terrible. Never go here. Every time I have been in the manager Amanda has been consistently rude and disrespectful. I heard her cussing out one customer the other day for something so minor. Very unprofessional. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location and go to a different one.

  I’ve been using this location for Amazon returns and shipping for years and have consistently had great experiences, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. The employee I interacted with was unexpectedly rude and snapped at me about my package not being taped. It was already taped, just needed a small adjustment. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’ve always appreciated the service here, so I hope this was just a one-off, but it definitely made me think twice about returning.
