  I usually try to go to other UPS Store locations because my experiences at this one haven't been great. Unfortunately, if this location is the most convenient, I'll stop in, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and unwelcoming. Kindness goes a long way these days. A simple "hello" or friendly interaction can make all the difference. I understand they serve a lot of customers every day and that it can be a busy job, but treating people with basic courtesy and respect shouldn't be too much to ask. I hope they can improve the customer experience because it really does matter. Especially these days.

  We’ve had a mailbox here for five years. My husband generally picks up our mail so I’m sure that the manager (long brown hair & glasses) isn’t familiar with me. I walked in with pillows to return to Amazon and per Amazon I did not need a box or label. As soon as I was in the store, she walked over and snapped at me, asking if I had a box. I explained that I didn’t need one per Amazon. She said very rudely that she disagreed, and handed me off to someone else who refused to take the return. I called Amazon and they said the return should’ve been accepted. There was no reason for her to be so rude. We will rethink our relationship with this store when our mailbox is up for renewal.

  The younger employees are kind and always try to help. But the older man with white hair is too rude and doesn’t listen to questions. If someone asks him something, he makes faces and gets upset. It’s the store closest to my house, but unfortunately I don’t feel up to dealing with that gentleman.

  The absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered. The “lady” with the brown hair that works there made fun of my accent- in front of me no less. On another occasion, a young snarky female employee remarked under her breath while I was asking her a question. And the very last time I was in the store, the blonde haired, pony-tail female gave me an attitude about my package- for no reason other than to be mean, while the much older man in the baseball cap cheered her on. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will never come back here. Does the owner of this store have an agreement with the local anger management chapter that he must hire their court-appointed attendees? STEER CLEAR. These are some of the worst people you will see in Powell.
