You refuse to type in the tracking information saying it won't be able to be scanned at other locations. Its plain laziness. Post workers must have great job security. I also want to express my appreciation to two other sweet staff members whose names I didn't get—they are all so kind, gracious, and ready to help with heavy packages.

One woman, in her early 50s, was exceptionally rude and engaged in unnecessary arguments. Another woman, whose name I don’t recall, appeared to be in her late 30s was equally rude. Both women had an African American appearance. While Stephanie was a great help today, the two other women were not pleasant at all. Thank you, Stephanie, for your assistance.
