  I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location recently. Today was the last straw. I brought a Zappos return in a plain cardboard box and the worker refused it, but offered to sell me a bag or another box. Zappos’ instructions note any cardboard box is acceptable. The cardboard box I’d packaged my item in was thicker cardboard than the box I could have purchased at the UPS store. The worker said I’d used a manufacturers box not a shipping box. It was a high quality cardboard box and I was shipping socks. Considering Zappos has put a label on a shoe box to ship, this box would be just fine by Zappos. But the worker refused. Poor customer service and for no good reason. Avoid.

  I had a very wonderful experience with one of your workers (brooke) at the pickerington ohio location. The process was fast, easy, the employee was helpful and efficient. Very kind and friendly, with the prices being reasonable.

  I will NEVER EVER visit this location again! I had a return and this young kid who checked me out was on his phone and my box needed to be taped 📦 he didn’t even tape it in my face he wanted me to leave. It’s been 4 days and it’s saying my package is still there. If he did anything to my package I will be suing UPS! They don’t pick up their phone…I’m pissed 😡! I love the Canal Winchester location…I hate I didn’t go there. I was in the neighborhood is the only reason I went to this horrible dirty establishment!

  I am not tech savvy. I had to do a return on a purchase that I did not like, the business sent me to UPS and a label I needed to print. I was getting upset trying to figure out the label. The nicest employee there; her name is Brooke. Asked if she could help and I handed her my phone, in no time at all Brooke had retrieved and printed my label. And the, your not gonna believe this she packed my item and put the label on. Thank you Brooke, I will always come back and I will tell all my friends about the positive experience! Also, I have to also let everyone know that this is definitely the cleanest UPS store the I have been in. When you go make sure to ask for Brooke and I am certain she will take great care of you and your package!

  I have visited this location several times, and the lack of basic customer service is disappointing. Every time I come in for a return, the interaction is completely silent. The staff scans the item and hands back the receipt without a single word—no 'hello' or 'have a good day.' I actually had to prompt the associate with a 'have a good day' myself and still didn't get a response. Basic etiquette should be mandatory in a public-facing role. Regardless of how you feel about your shift, showing a little grace and appreciation for being employed goes a long way.
