- LRLT RNJul 23, 20261.0I have lived in the Philo Post office district for 26 years and the entire time has been a struggle to my mail on time or even to get it at all. One company I worked for didn't do direct deposit they mailed the checks from Cambridge OH. I have had to wait as long as 10 days to get my paycheck when my sister who lives in Chillicothe OH, My friend who lives in Columbus OH and my friend who lives in Zanesville OH all got theirs on time. I have on many occasions had packages that would not fit in the mail box dropped at the base of the mailbox or thrown out in my driveway and left. I believe the Philo Post Office is the most incompetent, untrustworthy business I have ever dealt with and it should be shut down as it is an incompetent waste of Taxpayers money.
