Not sure if writing a review will change anything but if you have the option to go somewhere else I would highly recommend you do that. I was able to complete everything I needed to get done but I can’t remember a time I’d been made to feel like such an inconvenience. I’ve received better customer service at Walmart during Black Friday and that’s saying something. If the office had been busy when I went in I would at least understand the demeanors but there was never more than 2 customers in the place at a single time.

- AMAngus MacFrankensteinJul 22, 20261.0Today (7-22-26), I noted a sign at our apartment mailbox kiosk, and here is much of what was written: "Post Office let us know today that all mailboxes need checked weekly, otherwise he will take the mail back to the post office and leave a green card in your mailbox to fill out again to receive your mail. In that case, if not filled out and checked weekly he will then not deliver at all." I'd take this notice a lot more seriously IF TWO ITEMS IN MY BOX TODAY WERE FOR SOMEONE ACTUALLY LOCATED AT MY ADDRESS!
