  Today I went to the Ridgewood location with my girlfriend to help with a heavy Amazon return. When we walked in the Caucasian employee asked if we had an Amazon return. She was looking at us as we entered, so we assumed she was speaking to us. The woman who had walked in before us spoke up and expressed that she also had an Amazon return. I laughed apologetically and said “omg! I thought she was talking to us”. I jokingly mentioned that I was making her hold a heavy box as the employee approached. The employee then responded to me “Well drop it then!” The customer who was ahead of us instantly became uncomfortable. The employee started to openly explain how difficult her day was and that it was “one of those days” The customer ahead of us expressed her discomfort by saying she just wanted to get rid of her return and leave. After she finished her return my girlfriend and I walked to the counter and as we approached I told my girlfriend that I’d go sit in the car because I didn’t feel comfortable with the way the employee had spoken to me. I sat the return on the desk and walked away. As I walked away the Caucasian employee asked the Latina employee (loud enough for everyone to hear) if she could just clock out. I didn’t speak up the first or the second time she was blatantly rude. This time she had gone too far. So before I walked out I told her that having a rough day and wanting to go home don’t justify speaking to customers so disrespectfully. As I left she scoffed and shrugged it off as if none of her actions were offensive. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at The UPS Store. The staff was incredibly rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers were a burden rather than their priority. There was no greeting, no willingness to help—just attitude and dismissive behavior. When I asked a simple question, the employee responded in a sarcastic and irritated tone, as if I was wasting their time. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed and rushed me through the process without properly explaining anything. It honestly felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Specially the lady who was wearing glasses

  UPS staff are efficient, friendly, and very helpful most importantly, helpful if I’m trying to figure out how to return something
