There's no reason whatsoever to be rude to people especially when all they were doing is trying to help someone else out. This location IS NOT handicap accessible (which for the life of me I do not understand how you get away with that!!!) but anyway I was trying to help an elderly friend retrieve her mail from being placed on hold and he was so stinkin rude. He first yelled at me saying that if she moved it wasn't held at her previous address anyway. So I asked well where would they have held it at? He yells at me again. I told you, I can't tell you anything. I said that's not what you said but here we can play this game. He said she has to come in and see me. I tried explaining that she was 72 years old and on a walker and not able to climb those stairs and they were not handicapped accessible. That's not his fault. Then I was told I can take her to the west side where there's no steps... Seriously dude? To say that I left there a tad bit aggravated is an understatement.

The PO employee who came to my rescue was Justin. He went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely kind, professional, and he showed me a far better way to send my certified checks.
