- JMJessica Moore5 days ago2.0I ship A LOT of packages with usps. For the longest time no problems. Now lately going on about a year, I get piles of mail that is not mine, addresses not even on my road and occasionally some of my mail. Then some days I get my mail and all of it according to the email inbox. I put a package in my mailbox with the flag up, mail carrier came by put the flag down and didn't take the package. Called in and I was told they are busy on Monday so that's probably why it didn't get picked up but said the carrier still should have took it. It hasn't been that long and now I put another package in the mailbox, flag up, same deal carrier came by put the flag down left the package to be mailed out sitting in the mailbox. It was Thursday, so I guess you cannot ship out on Monday's or Thursday's now.... what days are next? Now another package is going to be sent late even though i put it in the mailbox on time, it unfortunately sat there all day and night until discovering it the next day when I put a letter in the mailbox, now let's see if the carrier takes the envelope and package today, (Friday) I have been told from the postmasters I'm one of the few that actually do the weight and dimensions right on the packages and pay the correct shipping, why am I getting such poor service then? Just becoming such a hassle and inconvenience to try to get a package mailed. I have also had a lot of packages come up missing, damaged or i get a piece of cardboard from the package and a letter saying the item was damaged or lost and didn't get the item I ordered. I hope usps can get the problems resolved soon.

This appears to be done to avoid negative marks on their performance record. This has been a recurring and frustrating issue.
