- VWVictoria WeinrichJun 30, 20261.0Waiting for a package delivery from Ebay via UPS. It was transferred to the Orwell Post Office. The tracking number states it was delivered. IT WAS NOT! No way to call the post office directly anymore. WTH! Someone owes me a coffee post or some money. Filed a report contacted the seller. Next will be Ebay.
- ABAdam BylerMar 14, 20261.0New update july 11 2026 within the last 2 weeks ive gotten my neighbors mail and hes gotten mine twice. Its never ending with this post office. Years and year of bad service and bad reviews but nothing is ever done. Who knows how much mail I've never gotten Early 2026 -Update just days later. Twice this week we've had problems. Had a 1099 that showed it was out for delivery yesterday by the post office morning update and it was never delivered. It's literally something every few days. The mail truck literally drove up and down the road 4 times which was very odd never saw that happen before. we constantly get our neighbors mail and vise versa. 5 or 6 times just this year. sometimes we get several different people's mail. Another time we had certified mail we had to sign for so we were waiting for them to come. The mail truck pulls up to the box spends several mins writing on a paper. By then we are walking out there we stand there waiting. the mail truck pulls off. He left a note in the box saying we weren't home and they would try again. He never pulled in our driveway and we stood next to the road waiting for mins while he was filling out the paper. Another time the same guy. Throws a fragile package out of his window onto the sidewalk and pulls off. These workers have Absolutely no respect I've lived in three states this is the only post office I've ever had a problem with.

Came back a day or two later yelling at my pregnant wife telling her to give all the stuff back making it seem like its her fault. We talked to Amazon and they had said they would take care of it. We did what amazon told us to do. If you need to talk to someone its hard to do no one answers the phone. Its stupid. Answer the dumb ohone and have some real people answer instead of computers
