I was unable to use the self-serve kiosk to mail my packages because it wouldn’t measure them correctly and it wouldn’t let me measure it myself. Disappointed in their lack of customer service - don’t know of many businesses who decide to close early the weekend before Christmas just because.

Will continue to monitor. *update* as of 2/26/25 packages head to Pontiac and disappear or are not being scanned/tracked at all. Mailboxes are full to the top and anyone can come in and scoop the mail out. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION??? *update* as of 5/3/2023 package w/tracking #9400108205496714262639 was dropped off on April 27th 2023 in the evening time. The package status is showing it is still waiting for me to drop it off. Great, thanks a lot, again. I suppose I'll have to file a complaint with the Inspector General to see what is actually going on at this facility. Not sure what the deal is, been using this location now for over two years and it seems the delivery network is in tatters. Anything that is routed to Pontiac, MI takes forever to move through, if at all. I run an online business and of course any orders that rely on this part of the network are resulting in a large amount of returns/refunds. These items are sent 1st class envelopes and while others that route through other parts of the network seem to arrive in a timely fashion out of this location to Pontiac, MI are either coming up missing or stolen. Even worse is the items are not being scanned to show reception so it looks like the fault of the business owner. Since USPS provides a pre-arranged delivery service through the platform I sell on, the tracking # given is allegedly unique and internally they can't track it, wtaf? This has been a really disheartening and unpleasant experience and USPS needs to do an audit or something to figure out why things like this happen, it's simply unacceptable.
