Here's a list of my complaints– • There's only ever a single person at the counter to assist customers. • There lobby is typically filled with customers leading to a substantial wait. • If you have an issue that needs addressed over the phone, you will get put on hold indefinitely. • Poor attitude from lobby staff. • Won't accept mail if you bring in too many items at once, including packages with pre-paid labels. Refusing to accept mail is completely asinine. • Closed for lunch from 3-4PM. This place is in dire need of new management and/or a corporate audit.

- DSderek seboldSep 29, 20205.0I had a package stuck in limbo, going back and forth between Akron and Cleveland distribution centers. Reached out to the Olmstead Falls post office and they helped solve my missing package. The lovely employees even called me to confirm delivery and ask if there was anything more they could do. Between the staff inside and the amazing gentleman who delivers my mail, I love my local office and thank them for all their hard work. Especially thanks to Mark, he is the definition of an amazing person and our community is blessed to have him!
