- TFTorintu Fuqua6 days ago1.0I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. I noticed that the employee assisting customers was friendly and welcoming toward several white customers, greeting them warmly and asking how they were doing. However, when I approached the counter, his demeanor was noticeably different. There was no greeting or acknowledgment beyond directing me to scan my package, and the interaction felt extremely cold and transactional. What made the difference in treatment stand out to me even more was that immediately after my interaction, he warmly greeted the white woman who was next in line. I understand that every customer interaction can be different, and I don’t want to assume someone’s intentions, but the contrast in how I was treated compared with the white customers before and after me was noticeable and uncomfortable. As a person of color, experiences like this are difficult to ignore, particularly when the difference in treatment happens in such a noticeable way. I came in expecting a basic, respectful customer-service interaction, and instead I left feeling singled out and unwelcome. I chose not to leave a service rating at the kiosk because I did not feel comfortable giving a positive rating based on my experience. Unfortunately, despite the convenience of this location, I don’t feel comfortable returning.

- HBHolli BurnsMay 6, 20265.0I had a unique situation and called to figure out a way forward. Amanda was so nice and kind and I didn't know she was the supervisor until later in the conversation. I sent the information to my mom and my mom said Amanda had already informed the clerks of the situation and there were no problems with mailing the package. Stellar service! This was the fourth post office involved as the first one didn't know the regulations and the second and third didn't answer the phone. Highly recommend for any unique postal situations. Thank you again!
