  Lazy unhelpful employee. The lady working on 9/19/2026 at 1:45pm is rude and unhelpful. I had Amazon returns and she was doing nothing. She told me to use the kiosk. I asked if she could do them and she said she could but I needed to use the kiosk. Another man walked in with a return and ended up taking it somewhere else because I had to process my 4 returns by myself and it took a while. Needless to say I won’t be back.

  I had a very important package that I sent out on 9/12 for two-day delivery. The package was not sorted properly, so UPS said they would update me on when it would be delivered. I called the Oakwood store (where I sent it from). I admit I was very irritated and I took that out on the manager. The package was delivered the next day and I got a phone call from the manager personally telling me that she had refunded my full $45.00 shipping fee. She honestly did not have to refund that full amount, but she did. I go to tgus store all the time. Great staff!!

  Walled in to a totally empty store, 2 employees working. Brought my prepaid package to be scanned and dropped off. I did NOT need a condescending "talk" from the female employee about how they want those packages to be self served scanned and dropped. She spent more time talking down to me, than just scanning the pkg and printing my receipt. I need a weight on the pkg to prove it wasnt sent empty, to avoid being scammed. That option is not available on self serve drop offs. Sorry I bothered her to do her job. I'll continue to go to Brown Street UPS, they are amazing!

  I was helped by Keller today and if not for him I would have been left in such a frustrating predicament. He not only helped with my situation but went BEYOND what was called of him. He has amazing customer service. If he is not a manager or higher up he should be considered because he was pleasant, patient and helped identify solutions..all while still keeping the store running smoothly.. greeting new customers when they came in and still managing to help other customers as well. wouldn't come to burden him with your issues but I can tell you he understands his job and cares about the customers who come through the door. Thank you Keller... more than you can imagine. Your attention today really allowed me to get back to work before I missed half a day and as a single mother the little things make the biggest difference to us.
