  Today we went to do a return from Amazon. It was in the original box with the shipping materials as it was when we received it. The woman at the store stated we need to pay for a better box (box was perfect condition) or we would need to pay for bubble wrap bag (as stated all shipping materials were still there). We refused, went to Twinsburg UPS. They took the box and return, no questions asked.

  Adam was the only one in the store and had 4 people come in immediately as the store opened. I had three packages to send and he had a line. He was calm, and helpful and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. Thank you Adam for your great customer service!

  I had an Amazon return. Amazon said to ship it back in the box it came it. That is what I did. This store stated that it had to be in 2 boxes. This box and another box. They refused to take it. I had to go out back and get cardboard from the dumpster and tape it on the outside of the 1st box. Then they took it because it was in a box and cardbord.

  Needed to make copies from a flash drive, so when I walked in and saw a copy machine with a USB port I thought this will be easy, as I've done this countless times elsewhere. But the clerk said he needed to do it himself from his computer, for a $2.50 "computer use fee." Also no stapler or general use supplies were anywhere in sight. Glad shop is there but some constructive notes can't hurt.

  Sent a package off. They have a machine you can print all the lables you need. It was really easy. If I can do just about anyone else can do it.
