  What could have been a frustrating international shipping experience became a memorable example of outstanding customer service. Despite malfunctioning terminals and unhelpful support—even a dropped call—the regional manager remained calm, patient, and professional, going above and beyond with his team to help. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. I highly recommend this location and sincerely appreciate the entire team.

  On one recent occasion the store smelled like someone just smoked weed in it. On another recent occasion, the sales person told me that my brand new shipping box wouldn't make it to California. He asked if what was in the box was expensive and that he would be more than happy to repack it for $13. I went to post net instead and my package arrived in California without any problem.

  They are busy operation but always willing to help. They remarkably create amazing print needs (I was so impressed with my large prints!) They also accept Amazon returns with a do-it-yourself kiosk which makes it super easy and convenient to return your packages. The young man (white male, about mid 20's to early 30's was so friendly and efficient. (I'm so bummed I forgot his name. 😫) He was working on 9/10/26

  I went to this location to send a package back to Amazon. The lady behind the counter claimed I couldn’t return it in an Amazon box but rather I’d have to buy a box to ship it back. I said is that your rule so you can make a sale? She said no that Amazon’s rule. I said then why would they ship it to me in an Amazon box through UPS but I can’t return it in the same box? Are you sure that’s an Amazon rule? Then the other employee in the store said well it’s more a UPS rule. I said really. He said Amazon will reimburse you for the box purchase. Just send them your receipts. I then asked this is really your stores policy and not Amazon, right? He just nodded his head. I said ok, I’ll call Amazon. I walked out, called Twinsburg UPS, asked if I can return a package to Amazon, in the Amazon box with the QR code and they said yes! Why not? I said I’m on my way. They took the package with no hassle. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THE MACEDONIA UPS. THEY'RE CROOKS!

  Chad and his team are truly amazing! They went above and beyond to help me ship something perishable to another state overnight. And I had never done this before! Chad reassured me throughout the whole process that my package would make it! And it did! Had a hiccup and it was late on the delivery, but I called the store and again the team member that answered the phone was absolutely amazing very polite, and helped me reach Chad and he fixed the hiccup just like he said!
