  Never ever using UPS printing services again. I walked in thinking I just needed to print one simple piece of paper and somehow ended up paying over $3 for it. $0.40 for the actual copy wasn’t even the issue, they charged an extra $2.30 just to use the computer for literally a couple minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. At that point it feels less like customer service and more like finding random ways to nickel-and-dime people. For one sheet of paper?! Office Depot, libraries, and plenty of other places don’t charge these crazy hidden fees just to open a document and hit print. I understand businesses need to make money, but charging over $3 for a single basic printout is honestly insane. Definitely won’t be going back for printing services.

  Smelled like marijuana in the store. Maybe one their workers smoking marijuana in the back box area.

  We frequent this UPS location often as the staff is friendly and no hassle. Have tried other locations in the area and always regret that choice and come back to the one NR as it never disappoints! 5 stars all around here! Keep up the good work!
