She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, helpful, kind and considerate. I have unfortunately experienced horrible customer service at other UPS stores in much closer proximity and would drive here any day just because she provides the highest quality customer service! Thank you for taking such pride in your work and for treating customers the way they deserve to be treated.

Every time I’ve been here, the staff has gone out of their way to help customers, answer questions, and stay patient even during busy times. Customer service jobs are not easy, especially when people come in stressed or frustrated, but this team still treats everyone respectfully and does their best to help every single person who walks through the door. What I appreciate most is that they actually try to solve problems instead of rushing people out the door. The store is clean, organized, welcoming, and you can tell the employees care about the community and their work. North Ridgeville needed a UPS Store like this with people like that. People are quick to leave negative reviews after one moment of frustration, but I’ve personally seen kindness, professionalism, and hard work from this team consistently. Don’t let a few unfair reviews stop you from supporting this location. They are truly amazing.
