You guys need to train your workers better. Now I’m going to have to pay for new copies. This was supposed to be a happy occasion, but USPS made it a stressful one.

Another patron called them and they said they will open at 930. Welp, 930 came and went. I left at 945 without my package being mailed. There were so many people there and the employees did not care.

(just to narrow it down for you so you can avoid her - she's the only employee I've seen working there who is of African-American descent. Stocky, with curly hair. She's a scowler. WATCH OUT!). I wish I got her name. Oh well. The quality of employee really does make or break a place.
