  I haven’t experienced a worse UPS location… as the 3 star reviews speak for themselves. I came in with a big box and a baby and the employee was standing by the door and didn’t offer a hand (whatever sure) but on top of that NO hi , no welcome , no acknowledgment that a customer was there. The older gentleman behind the counter , same reaction.. extremely, extremely . It’s sad to see someone dislike their job so much. It’s your attitude that determines how you like your job and how bright your day will be.

  Went to get a document notarized, headed over after work. They won't notarize the document, says that they don't provide the service after 5 pm. The woman who told me behind the counter enjoyed turning me away, couldn't care less.

  Stay away from this store. They have 2 old people that don’t do their job and are very rude and don’t comprehend what you explain to them. Asked for a label to be printed and they said there’s a computer do it yourself we can’t do that. I also asked for my items to be boxed and he said get a box and box it yourself and we will scan it, like what kind of customer service is this. They need younger and more customer service appropriate staff. Stay away from this store unless you want to argue with the 2 incompetent senior citizens that work there.
