- DCDawn Cullar2 days ago1.0Tried to mail a document to Canada and told that Canada does not have mail service, then that they only have privatized mail services, then that there is no international tracking options. Finally got the document mailed (with tracking). I tried to give a polite but firm rebuttal to said clerk and his defense is "that's what I heard on TV ." Second clerk tells us to stop arguing. Not arguing, but was standing up for courtesy, decency and baseline levels of comprehension about how to mail a few pieces of paper to another sovereign country.
- TRTravis RothMay 11, 20261.0Don't bother getting your passport photo at this location. We made an appointment for our three kids and then they acted surprised when we showed up. Then two of my three kids photos were rejected due to the photos haven been taken incorrectly. They took the photos with my kids wearing their glasses, which is not allowed. I ended up retaking the photos myself and submitting them. I was told I cannot receive a refund on the photo fee because they can't do refunds. This seems about right for an agency ran by the federal government. Ridiculous!
