- TTTylorMay 26, 20221.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I received nothing but attitude and they weren’t helpful with my issue whatsoever. It’s a bad look for Niles to have miserable employees representing a government building.

He is the only reason I will continue to give them my business!** If I could give a negative star I would. The staff who served us decided to make comments about how dark my fiancé is in front of our 4 yo daughter. The staff then thought it was appropriate to say to my daughter that it’s ok that her daddy is dark because she is lighter and pretty. I’ll be calling Monday to speak to the supervisor.
