Customer support was no help either, they told me it had to be handled by the shipper even though the package is still in USPS’s possession at a distribution center. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Instead I received an odd message I'd never gotten before that my package could not be delivered due to "no access for this address." I called today, the 6th, 2024 & spoke with a kind gentleman named Dustin that explained what had happened. He said he would grab my package and deliver it himself in a few minutes. Sure enough about 10 minutes later he came to my door and apologized for yesterday's mishap. Excellent service provided Dustin, thank you!
