- BSBecky SchmiesingApr 4, 20251.0The lady working the front desk was rude and all she did was complain about not having any help and someone else needing trained to do her job because she couldn’t be the one to do it all the time. I was there for a service and she couldn’t even stand at the counter and speak with me, she was too worried about walking around and turning off lights. Mind you it was not closing time. It was 2 in the afternoon. I work in healthcare and I know what it’s like to work short, but I would never say something to a patient and make them feel like they were a burden or a bother. Where has the customer service gone? Terrible!!!
