- TBTracy BOct 25, 20161.0Bring back Pastor Mark as the post master. These folks spend their time gossiping and cannot read. Horrible customer service. Supposedly you fill out a form every year to let them know you still reside at your address/ which includes your phone number on the form. Instead of calling you to tell you your mailbox is full, they send it back as an unresided address. I have had important mail running through the mail system for I don't know how long. They are open at 7:30 am, but you can't get your mail in your mail box until 10 am! I am long gone to work ... 100 miles away. When I do get mail its from another post office box. Post master claims she put a notice in my box! I send my daughter to get it and I have received nothing except JUNK mail. No notice. all of my important mail was sent return to sender. UNACCEPTABLE
