- PPPariahSep 10, 20261.0Delivery driver constantly puts other people's mail in our boxes and ours in others. Driver routinely doesn't empty the outgoing mail box at our apartment, sometimes for weeks (I asked a substitute driver to check the box after learning the letter I sent was not received three weeks after putting in drop box). I'm still missing my package that they marked as delivered to my locked apartment mailbox a week and a half ago. The blond-ish lady working at the post office itself is incredibly rude (her husband is the problem delivery driver as well) and has openly mouthed off to me in front of patrons and her supervisor when I was trying to locate my missing mail. I know if I treated customers like she does or if I refused or was incapable of doing my job like the delivery driver, I'd have been fired on the spot. The many other one star reviews seem to confirm that this isn't an isolated incident with just me. Is there really no one else in town to hire for these positions?

But its not what I needed ,and the post office had what I needed .Still wouldnt let me buy a box to ship my item without going on a godforsaken scavanger hunt around the metropolis of millersburg. So I went to Holmesville, shame on you Millersburg post office.

They supposedly came and left it by the door and I get it 3 days later. So I go in and complain...it showed up the next day which was a Sunday. OK so here I am a couple of weeks later and my pension check is not here. It comes like clockwork and no check. Anyone looking at the envelope would definitely know its a retirement check. So yeah im saying he got in trouble and took my check. Why do I think this??? Because its the 3rd time now this stuff has gone on. I had complained before and 2 of my new bank cards never showed up. Management is questionable. Girls behind the counter are fabulous!

Also a shout out to Catherine the nicest postal delivery person ever! God bless! PS 11/21/25 Also a year later just adding more. This post office really cares about their customers. We have chronic health issues and they are always willing to accommodate our special needs. Just today Shannon at the front desk really blessed us by being super supportive and understanding of our unique situation. Keep up the good work and positivity in our community!
