- MGMs. GMay 9, 20261.0This post office is getting over on people I went in to to get the key/ lock change for my mailbox due to moving the man working his name was either Cameron or Craig I can’t remember but he was a pop belly glasses wearing red in the face seemed racist told me there’s a $30 charge I asked why no other post office from Ohio to Georgia has ever done this he proceeded to explain to me it’s because Middletown has the MOST Section 8 participants in the United States and they lose keys all the time. He was so concerned with Section 8 and kept talking about it wasting my time and the folks behind me in line time he seemed really upset about low income when all I needed to know was why is there a charge. I feel it’s illegal on my receipt the $30 charge said nothing about a key/lock change it was miscellaneous. Now also I didn’t move to Middletown I live in Liberty Township which he didn’t know but what did the folks that have Section 8 have to do with me? For him to work with public and the post office with his thought process is a no it’s very clear and he makes it known how he feels about certain people Middletown y’all need to do better

They just make us go pick up it at post office and what a point make people pay for delivery and don’t do it . Terrible job and not do right job. I wish we have the same deliveried guys know how do good job.
