  I arranged a delivery for seven days before the item was expected. In the morning, the tracking update, said it would arrive that day. When the final time came and went with no item delivered, I contacted the service center, who couldn’t even find my shipment. This company is unprofessional. Never enter into a contract with them.

  Communication is TERRIBLE. I am on my 5th reschedule date for a playset. Weather was an issue in the past but sunny skies and beautiful today. No call, no show from our installer. Our first delivery day was in March. Would never recommend this company and feel they are a scam after the amount we paid.

  Military veteran here and I'm glad I am not the only one experiencing this. And by the look of the recent dates of these complaints- this company seems newly hired. Monday was originally scheduled to be delivered, but did not even call me. I found out from my camera ring. And don't get me started on their so called phone system. When "you miss them", their automated system calls you that night to reschedule, which I did. However, their system changes it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Even after I had called Ikea to complain and to confirm the delivery- like today for example, they don't even show up even though the window is said from 9am to 9pm. I had called off from work to take my sick kid to the doctor this morning which gave me ample time to be here for the rest of the day as so to prevent any excuses by them... And how interesting even their own employees are complaining of the environment of the job...

  Got a message saying my order is delivered, but I did not receive my order for a week no response from customer service. Worst experience.

  Terrible service. 4 "scheduled" deliveries that never showed up. No communication. First delivery, truck shows up, driver "product is not on truck". Nice. For the last "scheduled " delivery, called 3 times within delivery window "it will be there by 5". The first call I made "are you sure the truck is not outside your house?". Are you serious? 5 comes and goes. Call again "we do not know what happened to the truck, cannot get a hold of dispatch". Next morning CSR said it was rescheduled for Wed. Call Wed morning, "for some reason it was pushed to deliver Thu. You should be getting a call from the area manager". Yea, right. I won't hold my breath. Finally called Ikea and cancelled. IKEA CSR said order shows delivered. No, not even close. Are they lying / falsely reporting deliveries?.? Next time will drive the 4 hr round trip to pick up from Ikea warehouse. 50x times faster then dealing with these guys.
