- CCChristyNov 15, 20251.0I arranged a delivery for seven days before the item was expected. In the morning, the tracking update, said it would arrive that day. When the final time came and went with no item delivered, I contacted the service center, who couldn’t even find my shipment. This company is unprofessional. Never enter into a contract with them.
- KRKatie RorarMay 2, 20241.0Communication is TERRIBLE. I am on my 5th reschedule date for a playset. Weather was an issue in the past but sunny skies and beautiful today. No call, no show from our installer. Our first delivery day was in March. Would never recommend this company and feel they are a scam after the amount we paid.
- ABAmy BurtonJan 5, 20221.0Ordered twice from Ikea for kitchen cabinets. BOTH times Select Express delivered 1 of the items to the wrong address. The first time I was lucky enough that the person who received it contacted me and they were close enough for me to pick it up. Second time, I yelled for the drivers (they parked in the road) that an item was missing and they ignored me and drove away. Ikea refunded my missing item both times. Select Express did a "warehouse search" and could not find it, which is consistent with it being delivered to the wrong address.
