  Laziest delivery drivers I have ever encountered. I had been waiting for a package that required q signature and they barely tapped on my screen door when my door has a knocker, so I didn't hear it even though I was near the door. I got a notification they attempted to deliver, so I promptly called and they tried to say I wasn't home and they couldn't come back to my stop same day. Am I supposed to sit outside for a 4 hour delivery window?

  This FedEx location absolutely sucks!!! If it gets a little late in the day, they totally abandon your delivery and then send you a BS message that says “Customer Not Available or Business Closed - Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day. We tried to deliver your shipment 52366110xxxx”. Really want to reply with “Customer’s been home all day homie… and we really needed this package by the delivery date you provided to me!” Did this with three packages again today that have been out for delivery since early this morning. Total BS message - unreliable and unprofessional service from this location.

  My hubby said the middle aged, redhead working there was very rude tonight. She never even spoke one word, just pointed. Great customer service skills....lol

  What happened to our package?? Was supposed to be delivered June 24th!! If you couldn't find it, why didn't SOMEONE CALL?!?
