Well I decided this year to go to staples for school shopping, I always thought the store was over priced, but to my surprise all the supplies i needed this year were actually comparable to wal-mart, thanks to the girl checking me out, she was so kind and patient with me, I think next year ill go back, it was nice having everything a 1 stop shop, because usually im going multiple places to gets what is needed.

The young lady there suggested that she copy my paperwork for me... she was so NICE! She even put my paperwork in order and she knew what she was doing... very excellent experience!

The associate was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. She tried helping and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the extra effort and will definitely be back!

I saved the return info on my phone and there was not great wifi, the girl told me I would have to go outside after waiting behind 8 people, download their site and get back in line. The line was now 15-20. I told her I would step aside to I got it to open. I'm also handicapped and don't stand well. I also had a purchase of something I found while waiting. And ink cartridges to return. She happens to be the Amazon return person and cashier. This is stupid. But she was very rude. At least at Kohl's they have a different person and area for Amazon returns
