- JEJosette EdenJan 4, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman, Byron, is the only great worker there. The African American woman never does a single thing, is rude, and downright doesn't give a fig about her job. By the time Byron does more than 5 shipments, she hasn't even finished one (if she even takes anybody at all.) Seven people in line behind me walked out due to the insanely long line. I waited nearly 45 minutes to mail a single, small package. I have had multiple surgeries and can't stand for long so this is just extremely ridiculous. There is not enough staff working up at the front and Byron is extremely overworked. I don't know how the woman is even still working there. She needs to be fired immediately and replaced with someone who can actually do the job and do it well. I'll be taking my business to UPS from now on. USPS continually disappoints.
