  Looking for good ole fashion custsomer service? Well go somewhere else because you won't get it here. My amazon return packaging wasn't adequate and when I asked if they could help me with it I was basically told to go home and come back with it packaged right. I asked why they couldn't just help me so I didn't have to go back home with $4 a gallon fuel the lady said she was helping then wanted to argue. Customer service goes a long way especially in a world where it's harder and harder to find. Everyone wants to debate and fight instead of just being helpful. And then the young kids working there are learning this behavior.

  Beth is the BEST at UPS on Medina Rd. !! She handles all my business print needs and caters to all my custom requests so dutifully and speedily. It is so great to know I can rely on her every time!

  This store needs adults to supervise these young kids. Last time I was here three of them were talking, didn’t acknowledge me like I wasn’t even there. Then they saw me struggling with a huge package and nobody came to help with the door or anything just let me struggle.

  I took a package in 10 days before Christmas. To be delivered to the other side of the country. Two days later, it was delivered. Crazy, wonderful service. Two young people working behind the counter were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They knew what they were doing and got me back out to my car in quick order. Great service. Thank you!
