  **James at Staples Deserves Some Recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** My sister and I stopped into Staples near closing to have some printing done, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. James was absolutely wonderful. He took his time with us and was genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He paid particular attention to the **coloring and the paper**, making sure everything was right before we finished. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. The young woman working with him was also fantastic, and the two of them could not have been more accommodating. Even though we came in close to closing, **we never once felt rushed, like we were inconveniencing them, or like they just wanted us to leave.** They were patient, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping us. And honestly, Staples just gained two loyal customers because of this experience. **Great customer service matters, and when employees make you feel valued and taken care of, you remember it.** We will definitely be coming back to Staples for our printing and other needs because of the positive experience we had with James and his coworker. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. **Staples management, please make sure James and his coworker know that their efforts were noticed and appreciated.** Employees who care this much about getting things right and making customers feel welcome are exactly the kind of employees a company should value.   Tried to buy two pieces of white cardstock and the woman behind the counter acted as if they couldn’t sell blank paper. I was instructed that have to buy an entire ream of paper. Website clearly states you can buy single sheets starting at 20 cents and you can certainly purchase it to print on at self service print center (where I went to do so).

  I walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for a receipt book. I finally saw someone walking and asked she had no clue what I was referring to. Shelves are bare they had 1 type of receipt book and merchandise thrown on the shelves. I just left won't go back.
