* BUYER BEWARE * (...wishing zero stars was an option!) This location - Mayfield Heights, Store #669 - has by far the WORST customer service of ANY location on the face of the entire planet (maybe even the whole universe). The store is poorly stocked, the shelves are a cluttered mess, and heaven help you if you have a question about, or need help locating a product. Don't even get me started on the print/copy department. It's staffed by incompetent, rude individuals, with little or no understanding of the services or processes they are asked to manage and sell to knowledgeable customers. Their delivery promises and 'time-to-complete' estimates are ludicrous at best, and downright laughable. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place completely. Buy your office supplies on Amazon, and for print/copy services, drive half a mile down Mayfield Road to FedEx, for a far better experience.

The fact that they have bargain bins, and the pricetags at those bins change their prices daily per item based on the yellow flip cards that are posted at the bins, I suggest you go on Tuesday during the $2.00 price cards as compared to the $15.00 price cards on Fridays at the same bin, is ingenious, but also unethical. They got a 2-star rating because the young man at the printing center the day I ordered my business cards well, he was very helpful and had amazing ideas to help my newly budding business. He deserves a pat on the back for putting up with looney tunes picky autistic customers like me.

I uploaded a pdf to print business cards and the proof provided was great. The cards themselves had white border lines on half of them. The customer rep was happy to point out that it was my fault, and even though the print provided online was fine, I still needed to extend the color past the ends. He did give me a refund after lecturing me.
