  Had a work brochure printed at this location. Picked up my prints and when I got home, I realized they were incorrect. When I got to the store Christina helped me and immediately pointed out that it was my fault for selecting the wrong way to flip the paper. She did not even take a moment to try and understand what happened. After about 20 minutes of being told I was wrong, increasing attitude from her, and being told I would have to pay for the reprint, she said she will reprint them. When I went home, I checked to see if I selected the wrong flip direction and I did not. Probably why she just said she would reprint them and never admitted she was wrong. When I returned, another associate tried charging me $60 more dollars than I originally paid for the order. After explaining what happened, she just handed me the box and said I was good to go. I will never return here to make a purchase.

  New store manager charged everything so give it a try. This store is awesome. It’s farther from my house by 10 miles vs Office Depot but I am making it my go to store. The staff is awesome. Friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Well run store and the have bargain bins in the back to sort thru. A million stars!!!

  Ask for help wait time,and more experinced an have knowlege.of how help people with their lack of printing from phone to system setup instead of just handing them a Staple card with an email on it .Sending them on their way ,some seniors out here might not understand fully soo.

  I found a chair that I’ve been looking for and opened up an account online for Staples. I went ahead and checked, and it had two of those chairs at the Mayfield location. I put the order in and four hours later got a message back saying that there were no chairs in stock. Even though the inventory online showed 2 oh hand multiple days in a row when I had checked. In this day and age of online shopping and ordering it’s imperative to have your inventory counts correct. I’m extremely disappointed and do not plan on going back to Staples. Amazon here I come.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do a significant amount of expensive printing for a very large corporate company in Cleveland, and after my most recent experiences here, they have lost my business altogether. I have tried both in-store pickup and online delivery, and unfortunately, both experiences were atrocious. I was in the hospital and tried repeatedly to call the store to let them know I would be delayed in picking up my print order. I had already prepaid for the items, so I simply wanted to touch base and make sure they knew I would still be picking them up and not to discard the order. No one answered the phone for an entire week and a half, despite my repeated attempts to reach the store. Once I was finally back to work, I tried calling again. The phone continued ringing throughout my entire drive from Bedford Heights up I-271 North to the Mayfield store. When I walked into the store, my cell phone was still ringing—and so was the store phone. Imagine that. I hung up and asked the employees at the print counter why the phone wasn't being answered. I was told that their manager had said they no longer had to answer the phone because customers were "too needy and picky." That response was honestly the final straw. I understand that retail and print services can be busy, and I don't expect perfection. But refusing to answer the phone for days on end, especially when customers have prepaid orders, is unacceptable. And telling a customer that management doesn't require employees to answer because customers are "too needy and picky" is an incredibly poor reflection of the store's attitude toward its customers. I spend a substantial amount of money on printing for my company, and after these experiences, I will be taking that business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses that actually value their customers and are willing to provide basic communication and customer service. For those of you that made it this far the FedEx on Mayfield is the best and the print quality is great and so is the customer service! AVOID THIS STAPLES STORE AT ALL COSTS. Oh I have also been solicited silently by a customer roaming the store and then shows you their cellphone with a typed out message as to why they are too afraid to ask for money but then they ask you for money at the end of the message you read. BYE FELICIA!
