- DDDSep 9, 20263.0Customer service could be better. I walked in to turn in some equipment and wasn't acknowledged by the staff. One person was in the phone and the other walked in the back. He did not say "I'll be right with you" or acknowledge me at all. If I had not been tired from running errands I would have gone to the UPS location in Shaker. Won't be returning.

The employee made me change settings on my phone that weren’t relevant and didn’t help the situation. When the settings change didn’t work, the staff member took my phone and sent my label in a text message FROM MY PHONE TO THEIR PERSONAL PHONE! Very unprofessional and definitely NOT how fedex should be operating. There was another customer in at the same time I was and the employee did the exact same thing to on their phone. Why can’t FedEx’s system read THEIR OWN QR CODES! I got the impression that the employee had no idea how to work any of the software but they were the only person in the building. I am very uncomfortable that the employee now has my personal information in their phone. They asked me to delete their number after they did it but what’s to stop them from keeping mine!!!
