- ESEvan SDec 5, 20171.0Do not waste your time going to this post office. the staff is unfriendly and look like they hate their jobs. I had an appointment for a passport at 1pm. I was informed to show up at 12:50pm to expedite the process. I showed up at 12:50 as directed and was told to wait next to the conference room door for a woman named Sharon. I was let into the room at 1:25pm by another woman that said Sharon was at the bank and would be here soon. The woman sat me down and took my paperwork. Sharon then showed up at 1:40 pm and we conducted the appointment. I was late getting back to work because their staff was lazy and unprepared. The building is worn, their are stains on the ceiling tiles. The fact that this post office is in mason shocks me, it looks more like a ghetto mess with lazy and unmotivated employees.
