- AAAnonymousSep 29, 20261.0I came here 2 times to asked if they did apostille, they said. Yes! So finally I went ahead and ask them my documents need apostille,well me thinking they know what to do more than I do. So they did notarize my documents after that instead of sending to Ohio state secretary it was sent to the country i need it to be send IF the documents is already apostille ! BUT IT WAS NOT! So i waste 175$ to send a documents that is not apostille. At that time Before proceeding to send it i asked him “is the documents already apostille? “ His reply is yes! So i trusted that! I even thought oh maybe they sending it first to Ohio secretary.being this is my first time i dont know what it should look like or it could have different way of doing it. Today i called, want to talk to manager, i asked who im talking too. But he refused to give me a name and he asked me whats my name! I give my name! He claim he don’t know what happened even i told him my side of story! But sounded like all blaming to me what went wrong! Hmmmm ? Well he sound like he knows more of whats the right way or steps to do the apostille but clearly no body make the effort of making sure to tell me that the documents i ask or needed apostille is NOT YET apostille but only notarized! Even if me asking him “if it was apostille already “ and he clearly said YES! If he say no i could have not send it and make sure of things! I appreciate the guy who help me that time even it happened this way. I know part of it was on me too. But that time also he was asking a co-worker if he did correct on the signing the documents. What makes me frustrated more is the person answered the phone today! I don’t think it’s hard to explain that you don’t do apostille ! You only notarized and send it to where the customer want it to be send!
