  I would like to recognize Martin for his outstanding customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He goes above and beyond to assist customers and is constantly making sure everyone is taken care of. His positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication make every visit a great experience.   This FedEx Office location has gone downhill. FedEx was built on PSP, take care of your People, who will provide great Service, which will lead to Profits. The lady at the counter who limps (don't know her name) is rude, discourteous and acts like she is a government postal worker (which is an insult to the nice postal workers at the Mason USPS). I can't believe FedEx continues to employ her. She's been there for several years. What happened to annual reviews at FedEx? Such a shame to a company that was known previously for great customer service. That lady at the counter must have a lot of issues. She shouldn't be customer facing. She should sort boxes at the hub or service center.

  Every time I've needed to ship packages the staff have been very helpful. I've had no issues with any of my packages arriving on time. One employee asked about my shirt and said he liked it which struck up a conversation, some joking around, and a few laughs. Good customer service with a personal touch is always appreciated. I will continue to come back here for my shipping needs.
