  I am very frustrated with my visit to this FedEx office. I had a FedEx package delivered yesterday, but it was not my package. It was someone else’s. I thought I was doing the right thing by bringing this package to the FedEx office so we could get it to the right person. I know I’m upset because I didn’t get my package so I assume this person is also patiently waiting for their package The FedEx office told me they were not able to help me and since I opened the package, they were not even able to keep the package even though it’s not mine and leave and told me to call customer service. My first two attempts of calling customer service was just a recording that was not able to help me. To be continued on whether I find my package…. I’m very upset that they weren’t willing to take care of the other person’s package and my time was wasted

  Horrible customer service here by FedEx Associate, Theresa. She wouldn't look up nor contact FedEx customer line when I came in and told her I received an overnight FedEx Envelope on 10/10/25 addressed to someone else per contents inside. She told me since it was opened, I had to pay to ship it back to DHS/Homeland Security. PII was violated by FedEx. I told her there is a pickup order to ship it back ASAP as it has been sitting on my front porch for over 4 days now! She said their computer system don't connect with FedEx? She had an attitude and threw the Envelope on the back table. Since I'm a Federal Agent, I can't in good fair let the importing information just sit there. She never apologize nor called FedEx to confirm the pickup order. I took the package back and contacted FedEx to get it back to the original sender. Misty, Supervisor at FedEx phone number was very helpful.

  This is such a nice location in terms of how helpful the staff acts. Super friendly, nice, and helpful!!
