The ear-studded, nose-pieced employee with no name tag on his uniform - typical, lackadaisical federal employee. Needs educating that holding a federal agency accountable for its failures - among them, lack of providing updated communication regarding in-bound letter for elderly parent at local nursing facility requiring additional postage, minimal service hours for non-local persons to attempt to resolve the issue, and failing to modernize - IS having an "adult conversation"...
- CMChris McKinneyApr 15, 20265.0My mail carriers, Nathan and his day-off substitute, Tim, are absolutely wonderful. I am elderly (I hate that word, but I am) and disabled. They both accommodate me by helping me with larger packages and putting smaller ones in the door so they’re easier for me to retrieve. Just wanted their superiors to know they have a couple of good ones in Marysville!
