  For 99.9999% of you working at Honda will be the worst job you've ever had in your life that's a fact (my personal opinion) it's not Adecco fault they don't really do anything wrong except not fully tell you how it is in these plants- your 10 minute breaks aren't really 10 mins- from one car to the next is not really 58 seconds to get the task done they control the speed that line moves at- for what $23 hr? Your up at 5am - breaking a sweat from 6:30am until your off- your treated like a robot- you don't need to worry about getting fired for your actual work or quality 99% of the time remember this is Japanese owned it's the goofy stuff- is their a phone in your pocket- are you drinking something besides water- how many times you going to bathroom and the interactions you have with the countless odd balls that work their- it's everything but the actual work 99% of the time because the work is so sunny proof (I can't believe robots aren't doing 75% of it yet their wasting a lot of money). For 23 hr? I'm tellin ya go elsewhere it's no money it's not big money it's a horrible brain rot experience your not learning how to build a car your not becoming an expert in anything- the higher ups and managers that are in the plants are as blah bad vibes as it gets - don't waste your time we get 1 life don't waste it in one of these planes theirs a reason they hire every week remember that- and ownership is old mentality - Avoid- I quit their I wasn't about to have this guy try to ride my about a zyn container in my back pocket ( that means he's looking at my butt in reality) or because I'm at a fast pace walk to my process he calls running mind u it's 8am it's called effort about how that's unsafe it was buddy I'm out save all that bs none of it had to do with the actual work or job my little story+ Adecco can't tell u the reality of these planes theirs literally nothing positive or good to say it's like squid games how the Japanese have their bells go off in their lol anyways 23$ is no money Avoid

  At ADECCO, there is no unemployed people. The Staff is very kind, ready to help you along the process when you meet some difficulties with the application’s form.

  Sami was awesome and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody go to see her at Adecco.
