After reading the reviews where people were talking about a rude unprofessional blonde working at the front desk I am pretty sure I talked to the same person on Saturday, July 11, 2026 around 11 AM. I have had a ongoing problem of getting somebody else’s mail in my mailbox that does not live here I do not think this is because of the mail carrier which I left a note telling her who lived at my residence and who did not, and she was going to go to the supervisor . I got mail again from the same person that does not live here. I put it back in the box with the note that the mail carrier left me saying thanks for clearing up who lives there. after that, I got mail again to the person who does not live here. I wrote on that person does not live here and put it back in my mailbox then decided that I would take it out. Take it to the post office myself on Saturday, July 11 around 11 AM. I asked for the supervisor I’m assuming it was the blonde everybody was talking about told me the supervisor was not there and she could leave them a note instead of just leaving the note, she started arguing with me telling me they had to deliver that mail because it said or current resident. I told her I did not want the mail with somebody else’s name on it. She told me throw it away. That is a federal offense. I was taking the right steps and she kept arguing in front of other customer that the mail employee was taken care of. she said she gets other people’s mail all the time. I said that’s good if you like that I don’t and people can use your address to claim residency and people can use your address to enroll their kids into another school district and people can use your address to get credit cards and you could have somebody knocking at your door Wanting to collect that debt. The girl should have let me leave a note for the supervisor instead of acting like a supervisor and arguing with me I called the main office in Columbus when I got home they said I was 100% right I should not be getting this other person‘s mail and I was taking all the right steps They are going to contact the supervisor at Marietta post office and clear this up I have a confirmation number to call back if the problem continues I want to say again I don’t think this is my mail carrier’s fault somebody to post office circled or current resident and put the mail with somebody else’s name back in my mailbox

The amount of people posting one stars is absolutely crazy to me. Everyone that works at the desk is super friendly and personable! They always take a couple seconds to chitchat with me and ask me about my day. They also always ask if I’d like to add a little insurance or other add-ons to packages when I’ve had misplaced mail they’ve always gone above and beyond to locate the missing mail. My male carrier is also awesome! When I had a broken leg, he would even bring my mail up to the house instead of leaving it in the mailbox. I have a strong suspicion. Many of these one stars are a prime example of you get what you give. When you treat people with respect and are friendly, that’s usually what you receive. However, When you’re rude and talk down to people and just act Like an entitled brat of a customer you Will probably get treated as such!

Needed to send packages internationally to an APO, blonde haired lady told me I couldn’t send the specific boxes I had literally gotten from the post office. She then told me it would be $130 per box regardless of them being in flat rate boxes, also told me to try sending through UPS which doesn’t even ship to military addresses. She was very rude and unprofessional. I was able to go to the post office in Belpre and get it taken care of for under $100 total. Lesson learned I will go to a place where they actually want to do their job and do it correctly in a polite manner.
