- APAnantha Sri PurnimaDec 6, 20241.0I always had the pleasure of using USPS to ship holiday gifts to my family every year. I drove out of my way to support the Mantua OH USPS and also the government service. Usually, when i walk in to a USPS to mail something, the clerk asks me the address it goes to and then pulls up my shipping options and pricing, then they'd give me the sticker to write the addresses and I pay the charges. With the same experience, i was pulling up the addresses and the clerk 95 was throwing his hands in the air and acting impatient. As soon as i set my parcels down, he pushed them away saying there is no address hence he cannot accept them. I said i would need a sticker and also the pricing info but he refused to discuss the shipping options, pricing, tracking etc. he kept saying he cannot take them because i did not come in with a QR code (not sure what that has to do). He behaved the same way with another customer who walked in after me. the clerk kept pushing their parcels off the counter as well and behaved impatient and intolerant towards us. I would not recommend this USPS to anyone.

What happened to all the regular workers we used to have? The guy at the front desk has an attitude. We go days with no mail , we get mail that's not ours. If there's a signature needed for delivery, they just drive past the house. Miss all the former workers!
